Solventus Chile S.p.A.. es filial de la empresa española Solventus Energías Renovables. La empresa chilena construyó y opera desde 2014 dos parques solares fotovoltaicos en el norte del país. El primero es PV Dos Cruces, ubicado en María Elena, 18 km al este de la ciudad de Arica, en la Región de Arica y Parinacota. Comprende 313.020 paneles solares, con una potencia de 30MW, que inyecta al Sistema Interconectado del Norte Grande (SING). La iniciativa contempla una Subestación Eléctrica de 66 kV, la cual se conecta a la línea eléctrica existente de 66 kV Chapiquiña-Arica, de propiedad de E-CL S.A. La otra planta es PV Coya, ubicada en Antofagasta, con una capacidad de generación de 80 MW de potencia, la que se divide en dos sectores de generación: el Sector Coya 2-A de 30 MW y el Sector Coya 678 de 50 MW, distantes 8 km, unidos por una línea de transmisión de 23 kV. Solventus sometió a evaluación ambiental una modificación a PV Coya, que consiste en dos sectores de generación de energía renovable mediante paneles fotovoltaicos. El primero, denominado Coya 2-A, generará 50 MW de potencia. El segundo sector llamado Coya 678, generará 130 MW de potencia. Además, se incorpora un tercer sector que corresponde a la Línea aérea de Transmisión de 2 x 220 kV y la SE Seccionadora.
The Company
Solventus Chile S.p.A., subsidiary of the Spanish company Solventus Energias Renovables, which built and operates since 2014 two solar photovoltaic parks in northern Chile. The first is the Dos Cruces PV, located 18 km east of the city of Arica, in the Arica and Parinacota Region. It comprehends 313,020 solar panels, with 30 MW of power and that injects the generated electricity to the Norte Grande Interconnected System (SING). The initiative contemplates a 66 kV Electrical Substation, which connects to the existing 66 kV Chapiquiña-Arica power line, owned by E-CL S.A. The other plant is the PV Coya, located in Antofagasta, with 80 MW generation capacity, which is divided into two generation sectors: the Coya 2-A Sector of 30 MW, and the Coya 678 Sector of 50 MW, 8 km away, linked by one 23 kV transmission line. Solventus submitted for environmental assessment a modification of PV Coya, which consists of two renewable power generation sectors through photovoltaic panels. The first one, called Coya 2-A, will generate 50 MW of power. The second sector called Coya 678, will generate 130 MW of power. It also incorporates a third sector corresponding to a 2×220 kV Overhead Transmission Line and an Isolator Substation.
